A Field Trip With Crayons

I haven't posted here for a while, since I've taken a slight detour from watercolor to play around with sketchbooking, which led to the WetCanvas Weekend Drawing Event. I'm working my way through Suzette Morrow's "Make Sketchbook a Habit" and today is Day 12 - "be a kid again". I decided to combine both events, doing my WDE sketch in good old Crayolas.

Charming! I have the biggest set of crayolas, too. Haven't used them in a while. You got great mileage from yours. Glad to see you back on your blog.

Thanks, Myrna. The crayons are for when my grandkids come to visit, but they don't get used much because they would rather paint. LOL

Thanks for the comments, Laura, Peggy and Brooke. Maybe I'll have to play with the crayons more often.

This came out great with the crayolas. Remember all those boxes we used to have as kids...and always a new one for Christmas!

Sixty-four colors, with brand new points, and they smelled so good. :-)
