This is a quarter sheet of a pink tree peony from my photo taken at Skylands Botanical Gardens in New Jersey. As usual with peonies, it was drooping and I had to hold it up to photograph it.
I am a watercolor artist living in New Jersey. I am a member of the North East Watercolor Society, the New Jersey Watercolor Society, and several local and internet art organizations through which I exhibit my paintings. My favorite subjects are close focused florals and landscapes. I've recently begun teaching a beginning watercolor class at our local senior center.

This and others are wonderful paintings. Great colors.
Hi Michelle, Your flowers are superb! This one is stunning!
You really captured the softness and beauty of this peony. The center and background really set off the soft petals. Lovely!
Michelle, this is gorgeous and elegance.
