Michelle, I already commented on this on the WcW site but it looks so precious here that I will say that again. I like the smaller format on your blog and this looks just right. She's a little doll and makes for a very sweet Christmas greeting.
WOW! Talk about painting hands . THREE hands in one painting, all little. The smaller they are, the more challenge there is. This painting pulls at my heart.
I am a watercolor artist living in New Jersey. I am a member of the North East Watercolor Society, the New Jersey Watercolor Society, and several local and internet art organizations through which I exhibit my paintings. My favorite subjects are close focused florals and landscapes. I've recently begun teaching a beginning watercolor class at our local senior center.

You have a wonderful Christmas, too.

I know you told me not to look until I got your card but I forgot. Your Katerie card came out so cute!! I can't wait to get it.

Thanks for the comments, Jo, Susan, Joan (I hope you have yours by now), and Sandy.
Sandy, the hands were difficult, and I don't know if I got them to look like "two year old" hands. The painting is only 7 1/2 x 11.
Well how cute is THAT!?!?!
A perfect little Christmas card...love it.
Happy New Year, and all that jazz!!
